TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All rates are subject to Service Charge (currently 10%) and prevailing Goods and Service Tax (9% with effect from 1 January 2024) in effect at the time of check-out.

  • Room rate is applicable for stay from 9 to 18 May 2024.

  • Booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

  • Breakfast is chargeable at S$45.00++ per guest per day.

  • Additional bed can be arranged at S$160.00++ per guest per night (inclusive of upgrade to Premier Room and extra bed only).
     

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time is 15:00hrs; check-out time is 12:00hrs

  • To guarantee your room for early check-in, kindly pre-book the room from the night before with a full day room rate charge.

  • Late check-out till 18:00hrs can be arranged at half day room rate charge and late check-out after 18:00hrs can be arranged at full day room rate charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation after 18 April 2024, no-show on date of arrival or shortening of stay, the Hotel will charge the guest’s credit card based on full length of stay booked and confirmed.
